Second period of nomination for the Call Erasmus+ KA171 SMS in (incoming students for studies) has been opened for the second semester 2025-26 (February-June 2026)Detalled presentations English Español  Français regarding the Call and all the procedures.

  1. Deadline for the Nominationletter (Annex II): 31/10/2025
  2. The universities indicated in the annex I can nominate their students for the full grant. The number of grants is not limited.
  3. There is a mandatory document of Learning Agreement (Annex V) signed by 3 parts (the student, home university coordinator and Host Universityacademic coordinator) among mandatory documents for the nomination. So, the Learning Agreement has to be totally formalised before the Nomination deadline, 31/10/2025.
  1. As a Certificate of Level of Spanish we can accept only the Official Certificate of Instituto Cervantes (DELE). If your nominated students don’thave this Certificate, we can organise at the beginning of June (before the publishing of the provisional decision of accepted applications) a level test in the UCA. In this case, please, indicate in the Nomination Letter that your students need this kind of level test.
  1. Only the nomination for thesecond semesters of the 2025-26 academic year will be accepted.
  2. Mobility period for the students is 5 months.
